App2Chat is a conversational API gateway service operated by Frontz Technologies that enables you to deploy conversational experiences to popular messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Discord, and more.

Our platform provides:

  • AI-powered natural language understanding
  • Multi-platform bot deployment
  • Real-time message processing and routing

App2Chat serves developers, businesses, and organizations seeking to create conversational interfaces for their services and applications.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To use App2Chat, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Clerk, which supports Google OAuth integration.

Account Requirements

  • Valid email address
  • Acceptance of these Terms of Service
  • Accurate and up-to-date account information

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

  • Billing occurs monthly or as specified in your plan

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Plan Changes and Cancellation

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period

4. Bot Creation and Deployment Terms

Ownership and Responsibility

  • You must adhere to your subscription tier's resource usage limits

Content Guidelines

Your bots and their content must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
  • Compromise platform security or user privacy

5. API Usage Policies

Rate Limits and Fair Usage

  • API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier
  • Excessive usage, abuse, or spam is prohibited
  • We may implement additional limits to ensure service quality
  • Violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions

Integration Requirements

  • Your API specifications must comply with OpenAPI standards
  • API tokens and credentials must be handled securely
  • You are responsible for maintaining your API endpoints
  • Service availability depends on your backend reliability

6. AI Model Usage Terms

Model Access and Restrictions

  • AI model access is determined by your subscription tier
  • Usage must comply with the terms of our AI providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Content generation must adhere to AI provider guidelines
  • Harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content requests are prohibited

Liability for AI-Generated Content

You are fully responsible for:

  • All content generated by AI models through your bots
  • Reviewing and approving AI responses before deployment
  • Ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws
  • Any consequences arising from AI-generated content

7. Data Processing and Privacy

We collect and process data as detailed in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Account and billing information for service provision
  • Bot configurations and usage analytics
  • Message content for processing and routing
  • Performance and error data for service improvement

Third-Party Integrations

Your data may be shared with trusted service providers including Stripe for payments, OpenRouter for AI processing, and messaging platform APIs for message delivery.

Your Rights

You have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

App2Chat Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the App2Chat platform, including our technology, branding, documentation, and software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services according to these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages only and does not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exclusions

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Effect of Termination

  • Outstanding fees remain due
